Scallop and corn puree is always been my favorite. i've never forget how to make it...for its our all time favorite. And guess what, even my friends and my family asked me what is the complete recipe of it and where they can find it. I do recommended your site, such a great site for all of us.

I can't imagine my self tasting this kind of junk! It was made by my husband..I don't really like the taste of scallop! Too awful! There is something wrong with the seasoning and even some of its ingredients.

The video is not working! How is that? In fact that recipe that you have is quite interesting. But you gave your viewers a disappointing feeling!

This recipe is perfect for me, because it has all the three of my most favorite ingredients, the sea scallops, corn puree and a ham hock. My family is so delighted with great appreciation whenever I put this special dish in our table. It really suits to our healthy taste foods!

I wanted to try this recipe so I read it, but it seemed incomplete. I turned my attention to the video but it doesn't work. I am very disappointed, not just with this recipe but with the whole website itself.

I think in this recipe it doesn't need Ham Hock! Sea scallop is already enough combined with corn puree. Don't make your recipe too extravagant in its ingredients...It already lost its tastiness. Not all ingredients can have a mutual combination and will turn out real great taste!

The thing is, the video is not working and some ingredients lack details. Very disappointing, i really want to try this one. worst is i can't find the same recipe on other sites.

I really enjoyed how the corn puree gives a sweet sensation to the entire dish. The scallops are cooked to perfection. I will surely make this dish again.

This dish is so magnificent, perfect for my family. No words can ever describe the way I feel in this recipe. All I know is that, this is so delicious!

I appreciate how well the instruction for this recipe is written. To be honest, my scallop burnt. Please include how many minutes I have to cook it when mentioning the temperature of the pan. Secondly, the meal is dry, I wish you have included some tips to maintain the juicy-ness of the recipe.

creamy and sultry, couldn't find any better wine to be paired with this dish.the scallops had a rich, sea-water taste, and it worked so well with the cream. The butter was an added bonus because it smelled so delicious when the scallops were frying. So, obviously, I like this recipe, but, it could improve.

The best mix of cream and puree in one dish! It even has some great color that relaxes the eyes especially once that it was served on the table. It will leave you gaping at it and wanting more once tasted!

This recipe is very easy to prepare and yet very delicious. The scallops played perfectly with the aromatic sweet corn puree. I am very happy to cook this and serve this to my family again.

This scallop recipe is quite good enough for me, I just added a little white wine on it to give more flavor and it’s perfectly done right! I’m so excited to serve this dish for my whole family.
