I really love this recipe. This apple pie was the first apple pie I've made. This recipe is perfect for any event from birthdays to holidays.
I am really bad in cooking just to be honest with you guys and it was the very first time I tried baking and you know what? I just messed it up. Lol. The instructions were a bit vague. If only it was written clearly I know I can make this right. I can feel it.
The food was okay. Seriously. It was not that good for me. Nothing special or spectacular about it. For me what made it special is the way it looks and that’s it. Try making this without having fancy designs or decorations and you’ll believe me.
I’m so tired of the same old recipes like this one I want new variations for this apple pie. Put a chocolate syrup or condensed milk on top of this apple pie or anything else not only this plain one. Better do some variations on this pie.

Too bland in its taste! It seems it lacks something that I cannot determine what! This recipe needs some revisions!
Prepared this precisely as written....first fruit pie I have ever had producing a bubble like this...oven was a total mess. The taste was just okay, nothing extraordinary. Perhaps won't make again.

this dessert is a fun way to eat apples. Instead of rum, I used pommel, which is milder. The rum is too heavy on alcohol content, and I didn't want that. Nevertheless, the pommel tasted great, and the butter gave a creamy aftertaste that I love.
I enjoyed making this recipe. First, i was confused to what is the flavor when you put brandy on it. But when i put brandy, well, it turns out good. I misjudged the brandy at the first place. Well, i would say this is fantastic.

I skipped the brandy the first time I cooked this recipe. It still tastes good, I thought there's no difference without the brandy. But when I tried it with the brandy, it tasted better. Don't skip the brandy, it will make any recipe better.

This is so excellent recipe pie and I always prepare this for my kids. What I like most is that it is so easy to follow and easy to prepare this amazing recipe. I always recommend this recipe to my friends.
This is like the finest pie I’ve ever had. It was magnificently presented and was easy to follow through. You can even cut the apple on any shape that you like, though make it sure it’s thinly done to bake easily. And in the end after baking, flambé it and the brandy gave the dish a slight bland taste but the apple balanced it for it has natural sugars!

The sweet and sour touch of the red currant is really good, as well as the slight bitterness of Calvados. The texture is quite nice too. Patrick Durant's version of the apple pie is my favorite, so far.

This is really a fine and flaky dish and with the wine as an accompaniment, it became a fantastic meal! The flambé process in actuality gave the pie a soft finish! The aroma will really make you drool. So if you are looking for a shock or stress absorber, then making the dough can help you out. I will certainly add this to my daily menu!

An all in one recipe that will fit the lifestyle of active healthy person! The asparagus and French bread really goes together and the cinnamon gives off a sweet smell and tad taste. Plus, the prawns are nicely done and soft once that you follow the instructions religiously! The entire contents of this dish even have thumbs up from nutritionists! Sugar is almost absent in prawns that anyone can enjoy this wonderful dish and you will surely enjoy the combination of olive oil and chives! I will surely share this to everyone!

This is as natural as the title implies. Instead of buying apple pies from a fast food center/restaurant that are loaded with preservatives, why not make a fresher one? The best scenario in making this recipe is when I lighted the alcohol on top of the apple pie. I simply like the view.
