Ingredients
1 packet cake mix – your choice
150gms coconut flakes
1 pack vanilla frosting
20ml liquid food coloring agent
50 Gms sweet chocolate chips
100gms gumdrops – of your choice
Pour the batter into muffin moldings.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes at 180 degree F.
Allow to cool.
Place coconut in a large Ziplock bag.
In a bowl, mix the coconut flakes with the coloring agent.
Spread the vanilla frosting on the baked cupcakes.
Sprinkle the coloured coconut flakes evenly over these cupcakes.
Make eyes with chocolate chips. Cut the orange gumdrops into a beak shape and apply.
