1 lb. process cheese spread loaf (such as Velveeta), cut into pieces
½ cup beer
½ to 1 teaspoon red pepper sauce
In a medium saucepan placed over medium heat, place the cheese spread and beer. Stir constantly until cheese is melted and smooth, Add the pepper sauce and mix well.
Serve immediately or keep warm in a fondue dish.
