Ingredients
150gm unsalted butter
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chunks or chips
Nonstick cooking spray
Preparation steps
Line a glass baking dish with buttered wax paper.
Break chocolate chunks into small pieces and place it with the butter in the microwave for about 2 minutes for melting.
Beat eggs and sugar together until fluffy.
Mix all purpose flour with salt and baking powder
Stir all the above ingredients together.
Spread the brownie mixture evenly into baking dish.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 of a turn thrice during cooking period.
Let brownies cool in the dish. Remove paper and cut them into equal squares and serve hot or cold with chocolate sauce or your choice of ice cream.
