Ingredients
1 can corn
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
350 ml milk (heated)
2 medium eggs, lightly beaten
Seasonings to taste
Instructions
On a chopping tray chop the corn very finely.
In a saucepan add it to the salted water and simmer it for about one hour.
Later pass it through the sieve and place again over heat and add sugar and to butter rubbed into flour.
Keep stirring until it becomes smooth, and then pour slowly upon heated milk.
Season it according to taste with salt and pepper and slowly pour the well-beaten over eggs it.
Serve immediately.
