2 cans (10.75 oz.) low-fat cream of chicken soup
4 cans (10.75 oz.) fat-free chicken broth
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. (16 oz.) whole-grain noodles
Combine soup and broth in crock pot, stirring until well-blended. Add chicken.
Cover and cook on high heat 6 hours.
Uncover and remove chicken. Shred chicken and return to pot. Add noodles.
Cover and cook on high for an additional hour. Stir once after 30 minutes.
Adapted from Dispatch recipe. Simple to make, but delicious to eat. Fill your crock pot in the morning and come home to a flavorful meal. Just add the noodles. It’s a healthy dish, too, made with fat-free soup and whole-grain noodles.
