1/3 cup oil
½ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg (well beaten)
2 cups quick oats
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup milk
Pour the oil into the crock pot, being sure to catch the sides of the pot. If the sides of the pot aren’t fully coated, use a paper towel to spread the oil around.
Add the sugar, egg, oats, baking powder, salt, and milk to the crock pot. Mix with a spoon. Bake on low for 2 ½ to 3 hours.
