3 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup seedless green grapes
2 tbsp. lemon juice, preferably fresh
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
2 tsp. curry powder
6 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, tossing lightly. Chill before serving.
