2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped, or 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. lime zest, finely grated
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
4 ears corn, husked and cleaned
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the corn.
Place corn on a preheated grill. Cook until corn is done, about 10 minutes. Turn several times during cooking.
Remove corn from grill and place on a serving platter. Drizzle lime mixture over corn. Roll corn around on the plate to coat completely. Serve.
