1 large egg, well beaten
2 teaspoons baking powder
85ml skimmed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
250ml vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt
In a bowl mix all the above ingredients to get a smooth batter.
In a deep saucepan heat the oil on medium flame.
Pour some of the batter to piping bag, fitted with a nozzle and squeeze the batter into the hot oil.
Turn the sides and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Once done place them in a serving tray and serve with chocolate sauce.
Its best served warm.
