Not to worry, as there are some best healthy ground beef recipes, which you can try making at home. In order to ensure that you are consuming less fatty ground beef, purchase a reputable brand. Also, do not forget to add sufficient amount of veggies in your cooking.

Beef jerky is made by removing the fat and then drying the meat, so that no moisture remains in it. This is important because even if a slight amount of fat remains in the beef, it can get spoiled easily. Hence, it is important to remove the fat thoroughly to preserve the beef for a long time. Another important thing that one has to know is the process which is used for drying the beef jerky. There are actually two ways of drying the beef jerky. One way of doing it is by cooking it in the oven at 160 degrees and the other way is by using the dehydrator. Though the homemade beef jerky dehydrator is a great way of making the beef jerky, it is no different from the one made in the oven.

Smoking and grilling are two methods to cook all kinds of ribs. Grilling beef ribs makes them delicious; however, the secret to have the perfect grilled ribs is to let them cook on low heat, till the ribs become tender. The cooking time often varies depending on the size and toughness of the ribs as well as the temperature of the grill.
