There are days when you just 'need' to have some fish. Smoked or fried, or just plain sushi, some days are just asking for fish. Tilapia is a mild flavored, fresh water fish and it is also called as Hawaiian sunfish. Meat of this farm raised fish is very nice and tender and it has a really delicious taste. Tilapia is one of the major components of aquaculture after salmons and carps. There are various ways of making tilapia amongst which grilled tilapia recipes are the most adored seafood recipes by the foodie. Did you know that red mullet fish and gray mullet fish have nothing in common, except their name? Mullet fish are one of the most commercially harvested fish, and are a great choice of seafood among a variety of cuisines. There are two types of mullet fish, known as the striped mullet, and the silver mullet. It is also known as the jumping mullet, as they swim in large schools, and keep jumping out of the water. This trait of theirs makes mullet fishing easier.

The only thing that can keep a fish lover away from having tasty fish is the fear of calories, so here are some healthy fish recipes for you, which will definitely awaken your taste buds! Though eating fish is considered healthy, in fact it is recommended by doctors to some, many people still avoid fish mainly because of the fear of calories. Actually this fact is very contradictory as fish itself contains very less calories compared to other red meats. But we cannot consume fish just like that and nor can we boil it like an egg, so we apply many spices to it and deep fry it in lots of oil; the resulting product does contain a lot of calories!
