Lamb can be prepared with a variety of masalas, each changing the flavor of the finished product. Masala is a combination of spices, herbs and others seasonings ground or pounded together and is used as the base for Indian curry sauces. They are fresh daily, and adjusted to the current ingredients. Coconut, coriander, hot chilies, ginger root, garlic, and onions are enjoyed in addition to the powdered ingredients. Lamb and apples may appear to be a strange combination, but the reason they are chosen as part of a food allergy diet is because they are rarely indicated in allergies and are therefore relatively safe foods for most people with a food allergy to eat. Of all the red meats lamb tends to be the sweetest, most succulent and less strong. Lamb is an extremely versatile meat and can be both cooked and used wherever beef would be used. There are also a whole range of recipes (typically originating from mountainous where lamb is the meat of choice) that are specifically designed to be cooked with lamb.

I can’t say anything but I don’t like the taste of it. It has an awkward taste that’s not fit for my taste buds! Maybe some of the negative reviews said it right: need to add herbs on it and better to replace lamb with beef!

An out-of-date recipe that needs a little modification! Just a little twist will make it all the more an exciting dish if I were to be asked… Adding a little bit of herbs aside from parsley and thyme will surely work magic on this recipe!

This type of recipe is elegant and economical. You don't have to worry on the vegetables that you will add to this dish, you can easily get it to your backyard like the eggplant, not only that, you can also add carrots, potatoes and even cabbage to this recipe. Highly recommended for everyone.

I don't like the taste of the lamb and the smell of it. The combination of the ingredients is not quite good. I don't think that this recipe will be good in lamb, it’s better to use beef.

I don’t know if it really lacks of taste or its just me because I followed the instructions exactly. My family didn’t appreciate this recipe, it was a waste of money. Sorry but it is not our taste.

This eggplant additional is brilliant! It made my balanced dieting for the past few days a lot easier. Best thing is that it only requires a short time to be prepared and cooked. I’m a quite a practical person so I love great tasting yet not time consuming recipes.

Wow! Super Grandma! She is the only grandma chef that I watched. If Grandma can do it I might do it as well. She is very talented, this video boosts me to be a good cook. Thanks for this video and hooray for grandma!

Came out very well, the best lamb I’ve ever cooked! I used a good Australian lamb. Followed the recipe but baked it for an additional of 15 min. Since I did this I added one spring worth of rosemary leaves to the marinade. I tried adding some red potatoes but it didn’t blend well. I started back again at the track of the recipe and it did gave the perfection of this recipe. Now I’ve learned not to change the recipe’s ingredient so that it won’t be a waste.
