1 pack lemon flavoured gelatin

1 cup very hot water

4 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 pack cake mix, yellow

4 large eggs, well beaten

3/4 cups sugar

2 whole lemons

1 lemon zest - grated

 

Preparation Instructions
Dissolve the gelatin in hot boiling water and allow it to cool. Add the cake mix, eggs, sugar, water and oil

Pour the batter in a greased baking pan.

Bake it in a 350 degree F. preheated oven for about 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool. In the meantime, make the glaze by dissolving the sugar in the lemon juice. Grated lemon rind may be added to glaze.

Once the cake is cool, drizzle the glaze over it.
