3 prawns per person, 2/3 oz. caviar, green lemon juice, fine salt, pepper, chopped green onions, parsley oil (parsley mixed with olive oil), mesclun (chervil, arugula, leafy lettuces and endive in equal proportions), fresh herbs

Prepare the prawns and cut into thin slices. Season with lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Spread caviar on top of each prawn. Sprinkle with the chopped green onion. Season with parsley oil.

When I first saw this dish I found it ordinary but when I’ve look it closely and tasted it I found it very ,very interesting its very flavorful and there is a twist at the end . .Actually I’m allergic to prawns but this dish is tempting me to , so I just get my medicine in case my allergy attacks me.:) This is very flavorful!

I can hardly afford the caviar. I know its distinct flavors will intensify the taste of the prawns, but I would rather cook something else than this.

For this recipe, the caviar goes well with the raw meat of prawns; I triple the serving of this dish for my family’s favorite carpaccio dish. I just add little of white wine on it and it was so enjoyable!
