When I first saw this recipe I was really excited in preparing it. But when I already tried, I don't like the taste of it. Maybe the combination of the recipe is not good.

I can hardly afford the caviar. I know its distinct flavors will intensify the taste of the prawns, but I would rather cook something else than this.

For this recipe, the caviar goes well with the raw meat of prawns; I triple the serving of this dish for my family’s favorite carpaccio dish. I just add little of white wine on it and it was so enjoyable!

You can do anything with prawns and this prawn recipe did very well. This is also can be perfect for rice, especially with glutinous rice. I tried in and it was good.
