Ingredients
200gms canned salmon
1/3 cup cracker crumbs
1 egg, whipped
2 tablespoons onion - chopped
2 tablespoons skimmed milk
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter - or margarine
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl except butter mix all the ingredients, stir well.
Make 3-5 patties of this dough and keep aside.
In a saucepan melt the butter and fry these patties on both side till golden brown and cooked well.
Serve hot with sauce.
