Ingredients
60 small gray snails that have fasted 3 days, coriander, mint, marjoram, flat parsley, 2 d??.ail heads white (MEASUREMENT AND INGREDIENT), 1 bouquet garni, white wine, escargot juice, 3 ounces CHICKEN?, 1 cups half and half, salt, sweetened semolina, 1 ½ oz. vinegar, 2 oz. butter
Preparation Instructions
Wash snails under the water runs clear. Salt a pot of water and cook snails for 1/2 hour. Cool and remove snails from their shells. Wash again. For sauce, wash and chop all herbs. Chop garlic. Heat butter in a saucepan until frothy. Add garlic. Add herbs. Add a little white wine, juice of snails, and milk. Season with CHICKEN?, salt, sugar, vinegar and bouquet garni. Bring to boiling, cover, and remove from heat. Allow to sit, infusing, for 20 minutes. Strain sauce. INCOMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS.

Is this for real? Snails? For dinner? Oh my, I’ve gotta try this one out. I’ve never heard about this recipe before. Looking at this recipe, I can’t help but wonder what this recipe tastes like. Oh well, I hope for the best basing from those positive reviews. Thanks!

This recipe is a flop. I knew it! I never should’ve tried making this recipe. My mom insisted to make this for her and I told her it is a bad idea. Now her stomach is painful because of this recipe. Snails? Can you actually eat a snail? I find it disgusting...

You know what, at first I was hestitant to do this recipe. Why? Because it is a snail! I hate those slimey creatures! but I did put so much effort and time preparing this recipe. I was shocked that I really loved the taste of it.

for someone with less cooking experience, I had no idea how to get the snail out of their shells at first. The amount of time to prepare this dish got me exhausted. I'm not sure whether I'll make this again. Overall, the snails tasted delicious, thanks to the herbs which i love.

I never thought that Tobacco herbs can even be added to dishes. But as I was doing this then, I started to realize that it is as appetizing as it looks. My mom loved it and my friends bombarded me with messages asking where I found that recipe! A real treat for special occasions!

One of the great source of protein -- snail. This recipe is one the best exotic recipe I ever tasted and it is so terrific! I followed the recipe exactly by barely just watching the video and it is so easy. I would like to recommend this recipe and this site for the terrific performance...Very excellent!

This recipe have the right touch of sweetness. The flavors blend well with the snails. At first I thought my husband and I would be the only people in our family to enjoy this, but I was so shocked that even my 3 kids enjoyed it. I’m glad for having this recipe with me and my family. This is certainly a keeper.
