Preparation steps

Break the chocolate and melt it in a pan.

In a separate bowl break eggs, vanilla and sugar on high speed to get a smooth paste.

Once the chocolate is melted add melted butter and mix well.

To this add egg, salt, flour and sugar mix and give is a good stir, you can also use a blender as well.

You can add any nuts of your choice at this stage.

Grease a microwave safe dish with oil or butter and pout the brownie batter into and bake it for about 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees F and your Ultimate Brownies are ready to be served.
